RECLAIM — Delete Account & Data Policy

1. Overview
At Reclaim, IO., we respect your privacy and believe in giving you full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your RECLAIM account and associated data collected through our mobile app and related services.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account and personal data using one of the following methods:
Option 1:
Delete Account Within the RECLAIM App
1. Open the RECLAIM app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your deletion request.
Y4. our account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app or prefer manual deletion, please contact our support team at: support@reclaim.world
Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – RECLAIM”
Please include the e mail address or username associated with your account for verification.
Our team will confirm your identity and process the deletion request within 90 days.
3. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your RECLAIM account is deleted:
All personally identifiable data (including your name, email, and contact details) is permanently removed.
Your account credentials and associated authentication tokens are deleted.
Reclaim-related transactions, product records, or analytics tied to your account are anonymized to preserve system integrity.
Email communications and preferences are permanently erased.
Deletion is irreversible — you will lose access to all associated data and services once completed.
4. Data Retention After Deletion
Certain information may be retained for up to 90 days after the deletion request to:
Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Maintain non-identifiable system logs for internal analytics and performance auditing.
After this period, all retained data is permanently deleted or anonymized beyond recovery.
5. Data That Cannot Be Immediately Deleted
Some data (such as aggregated analytics, operational logs, or anonymized product metrics) may remain stored for internal reporting and performance analysis.
However, this data cannot identify you personally and is used strictly for improving platform performance and sustainability operations.
